服务条款

协议：

-您选择我的委托默认已经阅读我的条款。
-违反条款上写出的内容，我不会为其后果负责。
-未写在条款上的内容请咨询我，解释权全权在我。
-我只会中文，如有翻译上的错误，请参照中文版。-我有权利拒绝任何项目。
-我只会交付运行文件，项目文件大部分时间我不会交付给客户。
-我要求委托方不隐瞒我的名字。
-未经我允许不得转让/公开售卖项目，如需转让请告知。
-我保留我公开展示委托的权利，如需保密到发布时间请提前说明。
-我不接受加急项目。
-我不接受他人项目的修改/增加。
-我不负责复杂性的psd维修。
-我会在收到艺术品插画之前出具一个大概价格表，收到插画后出具完全价格表（会有浮动）
-发送委托时请发送正式的邮件/DM-我只制作最高级别的索具，不接受低质量或低价的要求。
-我的所有项目都经过紧密的安排，无法延误/交换的情况下请自负后果。
-高精默认包含Vbridger（无吐舌）。不接受因为不需要Vbridger而降价的要求。
-请确认务必是喜欢我的建模风格！如果中途发现我的风格您不喜欢/不合适/不满意，可以取消项目，并支付给我当前制作内容部分的金额1.5，我会交付给您工程并退出委托。同样如果出现令我感到不快的问题，我保留放弃完成项目的权利，并且赔付总价20%的违约金/全额退款/部分退款/不退款。
-我的个人习惯是开始制作时一边整理图层一边报价，没有接触图层前我无法准确报价，如果需要知道大概预算可以喊我报一个大概价格（会有浮动）

-请注意，以下情况我将不承担延误/退出项目的责任：

1) 艺术家无法及时完成修缮psd，从而导致的延误；
2) 艺术品的完成度不足；
3) 增加附加项导致我预留时间的不足；
4) 要求我完全模仿他人风格的索具；
5) 在我完成阶段性反馈，您通过后，在中期/最终交付后，提出之前阶段的大量修改；
6) 过久的反馈修改意见（2天以上）；
7) 精确到帧等不合理的修改；

工作流程：

用户通过X/邮箱发布项目邀请；
我会在一周内回复接受、拒绝；
用户发送项目开单表（excel写好附加项以及参考案例）；
我确认后，顾客支付定金；
到时间委托开始；
委托期间会阶段性反馈视频/水印文件，每个阶段的确认可以修改2次，最终稿交付后只能修改3次，额外修改费用为30＄一次（模型bug不算在内）。
微微指导一些模型调整相关（我只会中文，所以无法给您很多视频配合语音的调试帮助）。

- 开工后会15-60天左右交付全部文件，
补充反馈阶段：眼睛&嘴巴 → 光头九轴 → 包含头发的九轴 → 身体xyz（可能会分成2次反馈） → 全身物理 → 手势/附加项

Terms of Service

Agreement:

- By choosing my commission, you default to having read my terms.
- I am not responsible for the consequences of violations of the terms.
- For matters not covered in the terms, please consult me; I have full interpretation rights.
- I only speak Chinese. Please refer to the Chinese version in case of translation errors.- I reserve the right to refuse any project.
- I will only deliver the working files; project files are not typically provided to clients.
- I require clients to not withhold my name.
- Projects cannot be transferred or sold publicly without my permission; please inform me if a transfer is needed.
- I reserve the right to publicly showcase the commission; if confidentiality is required until the release date, please inform me in advance.
- I do not accept rush projects.
- I do not accept modifications or additions to other people’s projects.
- I am not responsible for complex PSD repairs.
- I will provide a rough price estimate before receiving the artwork, and a final price estimate (which may fluctuate) after receiving the artwork.
- Please send a formal email/DM when submitting a commission.- I only create high-quality rigs and do not accept low-quality or low-priced requests.
- All projects are tightly scheduled; please bear the consequences if delays or exchanges are not possible.
- High-precision rigs include Vbridger by default (no tongue sticking out). Requests for lower prices due to not needing Vbridger will not be accepted.
- Ensure you like my modeling style! If you find my style unsuitable or unsatisfactory midway, you can cancel the project and pay 1.5 times the amount for the current work. I will deliver the work done and withdraw from the commission. Similarly, if issues arise that cause me discomfort, I reserve the right to abandon the project and will charge a penalty of 20% of the total price/full refund/partial refund/no refund.

- Please note, I will not be responsible for delays or abandoning the project in the following situations:

1. Delays caused by the artist's inability to promptly fix the PSD.
2. Insufficient completion of the artwork.
3. Additional items causing insufficient reserved time.
4. Requests for exact imitation of another’s style.
5. Large changes requested after the mid or final delivery, even after initial phase approval.
6. Delayed feedback (over 2 days).
7. Unreasonable modifications like frame-specific changes.
Please pay special attention to this term.

Workflow：

- The user invites the project via X/email.
- I will reply within a week to accept or decline.
- The user sends the project order form (Excel with additional items and reference cases).
- Upon confirmation, the client pays a deposit.
- The commission starts on the agreed date.
- During the commission, I will provide stage feedback videos/watermarked files. Each stage can be modified twice; the final version can be modified three times. Additional modifications cost $30 each (model bugs are excluded).
- I provide limited guidance on model adjustments (only in Chinese, so I cannot offer extensive video or voice support).

- All files will be delivered within approximately 15-45 days after starting.
- Feedback stages: Eyes & Mouth → Bald Nine-axis → Nine-axis with Hair → Body XYZ (possibly in two rounds) → Full-body physics → Gestures/Additional items

以下是关于您支付/取消委托的流程：

-发送委托时请发送正式的邮件/DM（否则我会不回复）
-决定承接项目后请在一个月内支付基础价格50%的定金
-完成制作后请付清剩余的50%与附加项
- 开工前3月可以取消委托
-我不包含palpay的手续费
-接受的货币：美元/人民币/欧元
-付款方式：palpay/银行卡/其它方便中国人收款的方式

- Excessive arm toggles will increase the price.
- I’m not skilled in complex animations and effects; please avoid requesting these projects.
- Provide detailed special key requirements, otherwise, I will create based on my interpretation (e.g., animated/physical tears; whether gestures need mouse control/animation).

Here is the process for payments/canceling a commission:

- Please send a formal email/DM when submitting the commission (otherwise, I may not respond)
- After accepting the project, a 50% deposit must be paid within one month
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion
- Commissions can be canceled up to 3 months before work begins
- PayPal fees are not included
- Accepted currencies: USD/CNY/EUR
- Payment methods: PayPal/bank transfer/other methods convenient for Chinese recipients
